Elli Kastrika
Professional MidwifeElli Kastrika is a professional midwife who has been involved in the one-to-one care model of childbirth since 2013 and her vision is to welcome babies into a world that embraces diversity and cares for women. Every year she prepares and supports 170 couples during childbirth, postpartum and breastfeeding. She is the co-creator of wewelcomebabies, a space that offers midwifery services, parenting workshops and counseling on women’s health issues. She is a midwife who supports couples’ choices in childbirth, stands by women for care in postpartum and is an activist for the elimination of obstetric violence in Greece.
